Pyramid Scheme

PDF version to come eventually (probably after the American Crossword Puzzle Tournament, which is taking up a lot of my brain space right now, and is unhelpfully overlapping with the end of Enigmarch). Anyway this puzzle type makes sense for "pyramids" if you tilt your head.
